    DSHS-approved courses for the 75-hour Home Care Aide certificate, NAC Bridge, Nurse Delegation, CPR and First Aid, and yearly CE credits. On-site and online.

    Direct Support Professionals, Home Care Aides, Mental Health Professionals, and Care Coordinators. No experience? We provide paid training toward caregiver certification, and free supervision for counseling associates.

Nearly 50 years of caring for our neighbors

In the mid-1970s, Gene and Sue Closser worked at an institution in Colorado and believed there was a better way to provide care. On their wedding anniversary in 1977, they took over three group homes in Washington State.

That work grew into care for people with disabilities, seniors who need support, and people living with mental health challenges. Our mission hasn’t changed: to provide for the unmet needs of people in our communities and honor the employees who serve them.
